All shipping dates are estimates of arrival to our shop. These are only estimates and may change up to several weeks from the date. You will receive a USPS tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our shop and it usually takes about 3 days to arrive to you. 

Shipping is often out of our control. We do our very best to get them on the estimated date however shipping is often changing. Most of our items are custom smocked and embroidered so they will always be part of a preorder event. This allows our production team time to hand smock and customize each of your items with great quality. 

Please note that if you ordered a holiday specific item ( with holiday applique, etc) then you will receive both your item and a full refund if you do not get the item within 5 days before the exact holiday. All custom smocked/embroidered items can not be refunded.
